Annie Lasley is currently a Luxury Property Specialist at Coldwell Banker Realty, specializing in the Marin, Sonoma and Napa County areas. She began her career nearly 30 years ago as an assistant to her father, Michael Sommer, after completing her business degree at Sacramento State University in 1992 where she studied Real Estate and Land Use as well as Marketing. She has been enlisted to train and mentor new agents coming into the business as she holds a strong understanding of the business and what it takes. Well respected by her peers and valued by her clients, she has been said to go above and beyond to get the job done.
Annie's long-term clientele includes residential and landowners, investors and buyers of neighborhood and rural properties as well as prominent builders of exclusive Marin and Sonoma homes and subdivisions. She has also done extensive consulting for homeowners and developers in the preparation, staging and marketing of their investments.
